Greek Drama

Donald Trump Jr.‏

Well, political intrigue continues to impact the market with “Russia- Gate” rearing its ugly head again.  Why this doesn’t go away I can’t understand, other than fodder for clicks and media engagements.  That being said, its clear investors are paying attention to any distraction with very tight timelines for achieving healthcare insurance reform and other parts of the agenda.

Donald Trump Jr. released a string of communiques to answer questions over a Russia contact and the market promptly swooned.   The Dow Jones Industrial Average quickly snapped back, but  it couldn’t reclaim its previous high point.   Speaking of timelines, the market is showing cautious optimism to reports the Senate will delay its August recess two weeks.  It is good to see them stay and work, but it also suggests that a bill whispered to be ready this week, probably isn’t.

DJIA

So Washington, D.C. is in full Greek Theater mode and everyone is looking for the ghost in the machine to save the day.

As this continues to play out, I like the underlying fundamentals.  And, while soft data has gotten softer, there aren’t any signs burgeoning momentum isn’t still in place.

When are you coming back to FBN This nonsense with some woman trying to get her name in the headlines. Many women get harassed because they ask for it Then they scream help after they get want they want. Men get harassed also but they don't dry about it!

Charles, you NEED to come back. I am a woman, but I agree with the previous comment, its the oldest trick in the world to get your name in for 5 minutes of fame....I have no sympathy for women who play the game but can't take the rejections later and then want to sue. Scum!

What is up with what used to be the finest station on TV? First they go after Roger, then O'Reilly, then Hannity (who stood up to them and called their bluff) and now you. What is done is done but I challenge anyone who comes forth to complain about an issue that is in the past. Do I hear payout? Good grief Charles, don't let the turkeys take you down, while Fox Business has great morning TV, you are terribly missed.

I have been away on vacation diden't follow the News. Only had the local News where I was. What is going on with Charles and what is this that some one is taking his place on FBN. No one can take Charles place. I follow him religiously if he is gone I am gone.

Charles, the fellow up above is just testing you for big and better things, keep a stiff upper lip.

IN AMERICAN SOCIETY, women can be much more dangerous than men.
Women can throw things at men that are far more harmful than punches.
A male mugger can take a man's wallet, BUT a woman can end a man's career
and it is almost impossible to defend against.

I don't know your situation, but the innocent go through Hell.
Ex. The Duke lacrosse case was a 2006 criminal case in which three members of the Duke University men's lacrosse team were falsely accused of rape.
